What This Warranty Covers:

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of your timepiece under normal use and conditions for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover:

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by accidents, abuse, or misuse, including drops, impacts, and excessive force.
• Damage resulting from improper handling, storage, or maintenance.
• Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, minor scuffs, or fading of the finish.
• Damage caused by water infiltration if the watch was not worn or maintained according to the manufacturer's water resistance guidelines.
• Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or service by third parties.
• Consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income, or emotional distress.
• Batteries, unless the watch is under warranty and the battery failure is directly related to a manufacturing defect.

Warranty Service:

Our Responsibility:

In the event of a valid warranty claim, EUROWATCH OC will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective timepiece with a comparable model. We will cover the cost of return shipping for the repaired or replaced watch to your designated address.
