What This Warranty Covers:
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of your timepiece under normal use and conditions for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover:
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accidents, abuse, or misuse, including drops, impacts, and excessive force.
- Damage resulting from improper handling, storage, or maintenance.
- Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, minor scuffs, or fading of the finish.
- Damage caused by water infiltration if the watch was not worn or maintained according to the manufacturer's water resistance guidelines.
- Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or service by third parties.
- Consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income, or emotional distress.
- Batteries, unless the watch is under warranty and the battery failure is directly related to a manufacturing defect.
Warranty Service:
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department at (949) 301-8001 or via email at Raj@eurowatchoc.com. You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to safely return your watch to our service center.
Our Responsibility:
In the event of a valid warranty claim, Euro Watch OC will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective timepiece with a comparable model. We will cover the cost of return shipping for the repaired or replaced watch to your designated address.
Important Notes:
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the timepiece from Euro Watch OC.
- Proof of purchase (original invoice or receipt) is required for all warranty claims.
- Euro Watch OC reserves the right to modify or amend the terms of this warranty at any time.
